High-flow Valve
--
Conceived by Greg Nordgren, a biomedical
engineering expert with 23 issued and six pending patents to his credit, the
FloTec™ valve utilizes proprietary design elements which allow for high
pressure injections and over-the-wire placement without compromising valve
integrity. Ideal applications for the FloTec™ include PICC lines,
hemodialysis catheters and other central venous catheters. It has been
estimated that the FloTec™ valve could enhance the performance of an
estimated five million vascular access catheters used globally on an annual
basis.
-
Ultrasonic Needle Visualization Technology
--
Conceived by Richard Fulton, M.D., a leading interventional radiologist and
co-founder of Artemis Medical, Inc. (a Johnson and Johnson company), the
technology utilizes proprietary design elements which allow for the precise
and accurate placement of needles during interventional procedures utilizing
ultrasonic visualization. Dr. Fulton’s technology illuminates the entire
length of a needle, not just the tip, and at very steep or suboptimal
angles, and does so without expensive or cumbersome coatings.

Hemostatic
Agent Delivery System
--
Interventional
Radiologist, Mark Saker, M.D.'s device precisely and accurately delivers
hemostatic agents which prevent bleeding complications by sealing tissue
tracts following solid organ or lung biopsies.
-
HB Technology Core-tissue Biopsy Instrument
--
Features include
both fully and semi-automated firing mechanisms and variable penetration
depths of 6 mm – 22 mm. This single-handed device is exceptionally compact,
lightweight and incorporates a powerful firing mechanism making it ideal for
both ultrasound and CT guided biopsies. Needle guage options of 20, 16,
18, and 14 make it ideal for a wide range of soft tissue biopsies including
liver, kidney, pancreas, prostate, thyroid, lung and breast.

Ossacur, AG --
FDA-cleared biologic implant, OSSAPLAST®
--
OSSAPLAST® is an
implantable, fully resorbable β-tricalciumphosphate (β-TCP) ceramic in
granular form that is used in the filling and reconstruction of bone
defects. OSSAPLAST® consists of phase-pure β-TCP which enables shape-adapted
defect filling, osteo-conductivity, and is both highly biocompatible and
porous (outside the critical grain size of 500 – 1,000 µm)Hatch Medical is actively seeking distributors for OSSAPLAST® in the United
States through an exclusive agreement with Ossacur, AG (http://www.ossacur.com).
