Steven M. Hvozda

Paul Gianneschi is the Managing Principal and Founder of Hatch Medical, L.L.C. Mr. Gianneschi has spent a majority of the past 15 years as a marketing and sales executive in the healthcare industry.

Prior to founding Hatch Medical, Mr. Gianneschi served over seven years in a series of senior level marketing and sales management roles with medical device industry leader, C. R. Bard, Inc.'s Peripheral Technologies Division.  While at Bard, Mr. Gianneschi maintained global marketing responsibility for vena cava filters and vascular stent products.  His past responsibilities at Bard have also included global management of peripheral angioplasty balloon catheters, thrombolysis catheters and accessory devices.  Prior to joining Bard, Mr. Gianneschi worked with Bausch & Lomb and NDCHealth in a series of field sales training and division management roles.

Mr. Gianneschi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. in International Management from Mercer University. 

Steve Hvozda is a Principal in Hatch Medical, L.L.C.  Mr. Hvozda has held an array of executive sales and marketing management positions for over 15 years within the medical device industry.  Prior to Hatch Medical, Mr. Hvozda held the position of Global Sales and Marketing Director for C.R. Bard Inc.'s Carotid Endovascular Systems division.  Prior to this, Mr. Hvozda was the International Director of Marketing for Bard Peripheral Technologies responsible for stents, PTA, vena cava filters, biopsy and drainage devices.   Prior to joining Bard, Mr. Hvozda had global sales and marketing responsibilities for the Canadian based hemodialysis and angioplasty device company, Vas-Cath Inc.

Mr. Hvozda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from McMaster Medical University in Canada.
